Privacy Policy

Who we are

Marca Oro provides bespoke tailoring services in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains how we handle the personal information you share with us through this website, by email or via WhatsApp.

Information we collect

When you request an appointment or send an enquiry, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, mobile number, preferred appointment date, time and location, the area or address where you would like to meet, your garment interests and any notes you choose to include.

If you choose “Use my location” on the booking form, your device shares its approximate coordinates with us, with your permission. We use them only to suggest your address (via the OpenStreetMap address service) and to help our tailor find you, and we include them with your appointment request.

During a consultation we may also record your measurements and style preferences so that we can make your garments.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, arrange and confirm appointments, make and fit your garments, and keep in touch about your order. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate — for example our email delivery provider — and only to the extent needed to provide our services, or where required by law.

Retention and security

We keep your information only for as long as needed for the purposes above, and take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing sales@marcaoro.ae.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
